Delete your account and data

You can delete your Rafeeq account and all your data yourself at any time, without contacting anyone:

From the app or website

• Sign in and open “My eSIMs” → “Account”.
• Tap “More settings”, then “Delete account”, and confirm.
• Deletion permanently removes your account, sign-in data (including Facebook or Google sign-in), wallet balance and referral code. If you have a wallet balance, use it or message us on WhatsApp before deleting your account.

If you can’t sign in

Email us from your registered email or message us on WhatsApp, and mention "Data deletion request", and we’ll delete your account within 30 days at most: support@getrafeeq.app

How to remove the Facebook connection

You can also remove Rafeeq’s permissions from your Facebook account: Settings → Security and login → Apps and websites → Rafeeq → Remove.

What we keep after deletion

Financial order records (order number, amount and date) are kept for the period required by law and accounting, without being linked to any sign-in or identity data.
